Your tasks:

  • Develop and implement a powerful sales strategy in the EMEA region
  • Identify new market potentials and creation of methods to customer approach
  • Define sales and revenue targets on country basis
  • Gain new partners and customers in the region
  • Select, educate and guide new sales partners as well as develop existing relationships
  • Always, really always have an open ear for our partners and customers to discover exciting projects and new trends
  • Answer customer questions and create individual quotes as well as tender and contract documents
  • Use KPI-analysis for monitoring pricing-, quantity and condition-policies
  • Represent LYNX at trade-shows, conferences and road shows

Your profile:

  • Fresh and highly motivated team player (m/f) with economics degree and technical expertise or engineering degree and economics knowledge
  • Experience in international B2B business with responsibility for turnover and profit, preferable in the broadcast or media technology business
  • Measurable success in creating and expanding a partner channel network with international interaction with customers, partners and distributors
  • Good knowledge of global sales management
  • Fluent in English, German and other languages are a Plus
  • Entrepreneural thinking and acting
  • Distinct communications and negotiation skills in addition to conviction assets and assertiveness
  • Inter-cultural sensitivity
  • Willingness to travel internationally
